No offence im trying to make this connstructive, but thats really poor, I mean you should try reading a photoshop tutorial, on headers and general layouts,

Well done for trying but i wouldnt use it, heres some tutorial's i reccomend you try:

1 - Buttons

2 - Headers

3 - Text Effect

Then try and make a layout.
