    Default What's the best for...

I'm in the break of my crunchs. I was just wondering. To lose a bit of fat (Not much) but to gain some abs whats better crunchs or sit ups?

I read that sitsups are fast for removing fat but slow for abs whats fast for gaining abs but also fast / med / slow for losing fat?

(in my opinion) and neither of them are good at building abs and that quickly but I just think that crunches are more beneficial.
