Help - Non vb page

with wot php code(s) would i have to use to display my 'online users, guests, and ammount of threads & posts' onto my website (non vB page) (so, duh, forum is a vB)

?
and i would like it like not to display the members names just like:

guests online: 5
members online: 5
threads: 5
posts: 5

like that, how would i do this in php
