This is more of a comment... There was a article about Help Centres, and it was saying that H4H and HxHD were very good, well, is good having staff members dacing behind the bar when there was people at the desk, and i wasn't even asked if i needed help

Also, somebody asked a staff member for help, and the person didn't even reply, and a few seconds later, the staff member was chatting

So HxHD isn't as good as it is told to be is it?

I know that if you asked for help you would be helped out by one of the staff there, but if they're sitting at the back it usually means that they're away. If you asked and they weren't away you wouldn't be ignored. There are also a very large amount of people who go to the desk and don't need any help at all and the staff can't always help every single second of the day. If you needed help you should have asked instead of just sitting there and accusing the staff of not being bothered.

Well, don't staff normally come over and ask if you need help? And AngJum2002 wasn't even on brb or afk

Staff do usually come and ask but they can't always do it for every person all the time, especially when there's only one or 2 awake there. If you need help just ask.

Well AngJum2002 was awake, so she should have been at the desk asking people if they needed help. I didn't need help, i just did this to proove hxHD isn't as good as it is.

[COLOR=Black]Well the back seats usually indicated the staff member is afk or brb. When a habbo is asking for help the staff will instruct them to come to the help desk as we find its unfair to the people sat down at the desk asking for help and it is bit annoying when people are shouting across the room.

Also hammy was shuting at Jovv for help who is clearly not working behind the help desk nor was currently active as an habbo.

If he were to have sat at the desk someone else who isnt even staff may have helped him.

Dont forget habbox is a large company and most help desk staff have other jobs to do so some staff sit in the help desk whilst they do other things and will occasionally glance at the habbo screen to see if the other staff need help with the help desk. Not all staff ask the people in the help desk if they require help. Only some do as during reccomendation periods the help desk does fill up with many habbos trying to get reccomended.

When you require help in the help desk it is often a good idea if you sit at the desk where a staff member will eventually ask you if you require assistance and if they dont other people in the help desk surely will

y4ep and jusly i am there but i am brb playing a game half watching habbo but sit at the back iff you ask for help i and saw it i would come and yes ang was about to go brb and she was busy
