those are the log in sites, the one entitled "theallseeingeye" is what they used to use to see CFH messages on. the link right above that one is for the staff login. very old news but good question

This isnt news as firstly i doubt without being offensive that most of the habbo users here know what certificates are used for or do they care. Secondly its there to validate each user browsing the site, never seen the other links before but im sure they are just tester links for site designs or image uploads.
