Rember AGES ago when the splash glitch/error occured and u could get free credits?
well my friend got some and got banned and so did I. Then unbanned along with everyone else and a couple of weeks ago he got banned again for it. He has emailed habbo numerous times about it with no reply.
Habbo really do need to sort out there so called '' Customer Service '' because its terrible!
Any ideas on what he should do next?

Reformed they unbanned everyone, and then they re-banned the people that used their own splash plastic card to buy the credits. The people that stayed unbanned were the people that had credits bought for them by someone who used the glitch.

I agree habbo are happy enough taking your hard earned cash but they dont want the other stuff that goes with it like Customer Service etc.
