Muhammad i must correct you, i followed a tut on the IP ban thing, but didnt just copy and paste, and it is a TUTORIAL.

And yeah thanks to Muhammad and others who helped.

ACTUALLY I USED THE ONE FROM TECH TUTS AND EDITED IT..

I FOLLOWED THE TUT.

Its a tutorial, its what its there for, durr.

Sorry but there are better available with admin and mod panels and offcourse, My favourite support of MySQL. Flat file databases die out soon or get larger if you don't clean it up!

Yup i mean i googled it and the are 1000s of free ones that offer the same options and more
