Default need help from flash designers.

i have made a website in flash, but it will only look nice at a certain high frame rate ive put in.

so on modify > document > frame rate is set the way i want it.

but when i export my website as index.swf or w/e name
    it slows it down again.

how can i change this ??

EDIT - I'm not an expert on flash but don't you have to save it for web.

Then uplaod it and i'm sure it'd be ok.

Or just make it super fast so when you save it, it changes to be a little slower

    thats photoshop
    flash =

save as - (u can only choose .fla)
    or export > image
    movie

image = super slow & no sound
movie = sound + faster (but in my case not fast enough)
    -------------

    btw; its about this http://users.telenet.be/olivierp/test/index.html
but its suppoce to go much faster, so it looks smooth

EDIT: @ryan - it changes to auto frame rate. so it would keep changing to that same frame rate

Well maybe if u export to html and swf in one folder and then in the other folder you just have your normal swf then you delete the html swf and put the normal one in its place
