    Default Editing posts question!

When editing posts, how do you make it so it's permanantly on the 'Advanced edit' options, allowing you to close the thread etc.

Mines used to be but lately I always need to clikc 'go advanced' when editing a post, so is there any way to make it so it's always on the advanced options?

    Thanks.

I think there would probably be a hack to do that instantly...

But they do that for just normal things that only needs a quick edit, like an odd warning or a change to a thread/post.

Erm because of the AJAX enablement and all it goes straight to the Quick Edit. Advanced editing still makes you wait so it doesn't take longer, just click the Go Advanced button and it takes like a milisecond longer as the Quick Edit should be instantaneous. Also, there are Thread Options you can use to close threads. The other option is when you hit edit, hit it multiple times. If you click it twice (and its far enough apart that it registers as two seperate clicks) it will go straight to the Advanced Edit.
