    how do i change the writing in-between my name and the newbie sign , at the moment it say newbie but i wanna change it like ive seen other people do ,any help ?

    You cannot change it unless you are a VIP, you can buy VIP by clicking the tab along the nav bar at the top.

    But it can will change itself to 'Member' etc, this link will tell you more about that...
