The layout is too plain, and the corners look squared off?

Rounded corners:
Select > Modify > Smooth > (number around 10px)

I rate this around, 5/10 - I have seen better. Keep up the good work Slixor.

Google has contrasting colours so people who are partially blind can see it like at school u push shift+alt+print screen to alternate colours so its easier for a partially blind person to see
