yes they are scripted, i wouldn't really give them a value.

they're scripted but some were bought from cat in 2001
and mods dont pick any up now, but they used to.
i can sell gold 10 hcs per, blue 8 hcs per.
dont this several times to different people.
value depends on how bad they want it as well.
