what actually is party shuffle on iTunes? i've never understood what on earth it is or what it's purpose is.

I think, it picks a random amount of songs (your choice) from your playlist and just plays those.
Other then that, i don't get it either.

ioo i just went on it. i think you put a library of songs in it and just shuffle them songs rather than all your songs? ! thats pretty clever, you can make your higher rated songs play more.

It shuffles them for you, so it will keep playing at partys. No need to change cd's ;D

shuffles, but the songs you put in appear 2-4 times on the list so it could repeat..
easier to make your own playlist and just put it on shuffle.
