Do you mean reply to something sent by the contact form? I would allow a week for a reply but if there is still no reply after 5 working days or more you could try sending it again.

yes, but emails are normally answered on one day by 1 person that comes in to answer them so u may of been unlucky and sent it the day afyer

If it's an e-mail about a ban, I've heard hearsay that Habbo doesn't respond to some e-mails about permanent bans... Just hearsay though so don't take it as written.

If u use the '' why am i banned '' option from the dropdown menu u should get a automated reply saying if you still cant access the hotel in 7 days then reply to this message with your habbo name etc. I suggest u do that and when u do that u usually get a reply within another 3-5 days.

when you use the contact us form, it can take up to 4 working days to get a reply.

Remember that when using the contact us form, after you click send, it will automatically take you to the FAQ's, if you want to send it to habbo, scroll down the FAQ page and click submit.
