Default Making A Milkshake [Without Powder ;)]

    1. Blender
    2. Half Banana [sp?]
    3. Ice-Cream
    4. Milk
    5. Spoon
    6. Knife
    7. Common sense [so you don't get chopped to bits with the blender]

First, chop the banana up however you want, and put it in the blender. Then add a couple of spoon fulls of Ice-Cream. Pour in milk, put the lid on the blender, switch blender on. Wait for a minute or so, then pour into a glass ^^

I know, two threads already, but this is how I usually make Milkshake so meh

Do you at least have a hand blender?
If not, I suppose you could whisk/stir it, but it wouldn't be as frothy
