Um well I reccommend impetuous.net for a great tutorial to make a website. Other wise, geocities.com is pretty fool proof and a good host for websites. Good luck

I suggest using real tuts if your serios, rather than the dumbed down and mostly incorect stuff you find on istes like imp and the habbohotels tut.

www.htmlgoodies.com is quite good athogh a little outdated
