Okay well, first of all, we can't really help you fully until you actually elaborate further and describe to us the problem which you are facing, and what this 'bad thing' you are doing actually is. Do not be afraid to tell us, as the majority of us will understand and do our best to give you advice and anyone who is rude towards you etc. will of course, be dealt with accordingly. However, if it is perhaps an extremely personal issue and you arn't too comfortable telling us, then in turn, I will still do my best to help you using the information you have so far provided.

Basically, no matter what this 'bad thing' you are doing, you do not deserve to cut yourself, as it's completely unfair punishment on yourself, and you will most likely end up in the vicious circle of self harming.
