Yea, so i wanna have one or two conselling sessions at my college, i'm too scared to ring and ask, or to go to the desk and ask about it. So, i'm going to email them on their email address.

I'm just not sure what i should say it in, should i say that i want to have a conselling session, or should i say whats wrong? I don't know.

Sorry if this is the wrong place, just didn't know where else, i just need ideas of what to put.

In Y9 I went to a few consuelling sessions a couple times a week. Only the teachers and my parents and I knew and it kind of helped me even though I was nervous. Don't be afraid, just ask a few questions if you ring them or whatever. I don't know if anything has changed since then but it's worth a try.

I go to fortnightly councilling and they basically ask most of the questions then kinda ask how I've been and how I've been feeling etc Dw I doubt there will be any awkward silences or anything lol.

Well normally they just sit down and talk to you about general things. Ask questions see how you feel about issues. You can just sit thier and cry if you want to. They also talk about hypothetical situations and straigies to help you.

I hope you find it helpful.
I didnt but we all deal with things differently

    →he said call me now
    →and id come a running
→If you'd call me now baby id come a running.
