What do you think of UK Player Support?
I think they're terrible because they take ages to reply (regardless of the fact it says they'll reply latest in 2 days), replies are usually help less and other factors.

Its utterly, utterly poor tbh
Customer Support can be what makes or breaks a company and if it wasnt for Habbo being so mindlessly addictive the player support wouldve brought the UK Habbo Hotel down into an area of about 400-500 players maximum at peak times, maybe less
It seems the only way to get any response from them is to actually call the offices in London and even then you still have to leave a message because the entire office has gone out for lunch at exactly the same time as everyone else, these things set aside, we got a reply about an hour later when they called us back
Sometimes i wonder if they even bother checking their emails in weeks upon end, i still havent received a reply from an email i sent 2 months ago. However i did re send it last week and got a surprisingly fast reply of about a day from Orca![]()
I think it's much better than it was, now that we have Orca. But, I still think it's slow. Also, the automated emails that tell you to reply are taking days to come now.

That automated email really does irritate me
Theres really no point in writing an essay in the Help Tool on the Homepage if youre just going to be answered back by the automated server
You could quite easily just send a pointless message, get the automated one back and take it from there :@
When I appealed against my ban using the Help Tool - Helkat replied within 3 days which isn't that bad I suppose, she did confuse me however XD
Claypot is all I got.
I also agree that it has improved greatly since the addition of the new Player Support staff. Disarno and 0rca! have replied to my emails really fast, once even the same day! But, I also think that Becs and Redtiz are great support staff. But they are a bit understaffed I think too. Maybe Habbo should offer a live help system or something?
On Habbo Canada they do not respond to your emails for weeks at a time...

I put the CHRIST in Christmas.
Customer service has got better, I get replies within 24 hours now.
However, when Lost_witness was player support - It was answered alot quicker, and he was very good at getting back to you on the phone.
Glitterkat on the phone says "I'll call you back within the hour" and doesn't, Chris said "I'll call you back within 10 minutes" and 5 minutes later he rings me back with the informationed I needed!
