I found this workout in a magazine, and it seems good and I thought I'd show you all.
Morning - 20 situps to start lightly
Afternoon - 30 situps
Evening - 50 situps
And have about a 1 mile jog every morning (If you dont want everyone to see you going out for a jog, leave at 6am at the latest)
I did my situps yesterday and went for a jog this morningIt's pretty fun.
