Is there a way I can pay someone with my card without signing up to Paypal?
(Its because I'd need to phone up my bank and paypal to re-setup again Plus I'm not the biggest fan of Paypal & don't use it alot)

if this is an ebay payment what you do is

"pay alternaitively" which means you can pay via your card (I think thats the way)
