Hmm Set it up in Taverly dungeon near blue drags or near the demon's that will wind people up and you will also get decent drops =]

Personally the best place to me is dags up in the lighthouse.

taverly dungeon is a good place to annoy people yes

the karamja dungeon would be good for lessers, and the tzhaar ket om city i would reccomend, to kill the tzhaars and hopefully get a obsidian wepon.
