If you look at the chart most other countries believe in evolution.

They can also be religious and accept evolution.

Most americans are creationist christians... so It's no suprise! I'm a libral christian therefore I accept both the 7 day story and the big bang... but I'm not a fan of evolution... if evolution is right why have we stopped evolving ? EXACTLY good topic to start btw.

I am a Christian, Yet i accept the theory of Evolution. But then again i am more interested in teh science world of that stuff and the stars etc.

Humans didn't evolve from monkeys. Both humans and monkeys evolved from a common ancestor

We are still evolving, it takes a looooong time. Also there are still monkeys, because we evolved from primapes, and monkeys also evolved from them, i think :s. Also evolution is affected by our surrounding environment, as the Earth gets warmer (due to global warming), we will also slowly evolve to adapt to it, but the problem is when the environment changes faster than we can evolve .
