At the end of year 9 I had choosen that I didn't want to learn Leisure and Tourism for a GCSE. So I swapped Leisure and Tourism for Addidtional Science and Geography. Today was my first day of year 10, and the first subject that appeared on my timetable was Leisure and Tourism periods 1 and 2! They completely ignored my request.
Anyhow, I spoke to the Deputy Head of our year and he said that tomorrow, instead of attending Leisure and Tourism, attend geography. He told me my form teacher would issue me a revamped timetable.
Tomorrow I will probably turn up at Geography and my name won't be on the register, and I'll have trouble finding the room.
Apart from that, my first day was good I suppose. I'm really ****ed of that they ignored me though.

wow, Mind you school always makes mistakes like that, it will really annoy me if i find that i have the wrong lessons, however i shouldnt because i didnt change my options.

They suck. They spent all of the money from the goverment on red chairs for our assembly, when the old ones were perfectly fine. They're idiots.
EDIT: Leisure and Tourism is a double. It's now a very good 'backup' if you don't succeed in getting the job you want.Last edited by Halting; 05-09-2006 at 03:37 PM.

I would of done Tourism and Leisure if I was you too :]] and I go my options back the day we broke up , I got all the ones I wanted , but they said we would get 4 out of the ones we choose but we didn't we only got 3 and replaced the 4th one with IT :[ I gots drama , sociology , IT and food tech , wanted music though :[[
