I know gold ones are allowed (at least I think so) because they were released for a short period of time I think. Have these blue ones been released before?

If they're not scripted, you can sell them.

As long as the pod is not scripted its fine as scripting is against the habbo way and selling scripted items does get you an infraction
Also make sure you post it in the right forum, technically they are normals so i would recommend the Trading of normals for rares or rares for normals section to sell the pod in
