At first it looks fake, but i had a look around on a file headr and it seems fully legal.

But that forum would have massive security hols as they're 2 + major versions down..

If you are unsure, you should report it anyway. If its it illegal, vbulletin team will sort it out. If not, they will leave it as it is .

Some people perfer the 3.0.0 Version for some reason but you should always try to have an up to date board for the reason ste put.

Like i said above, just report it. If it is fake, then action will be taken. If its real, no action will be taken and the case will be closed .

In reply to your post about my forum being illegal it isn't.
And to what someone said earlier i do prefer the older version and my forum administrator prefers it. We will be upgrading very soon though when he gets used to everything as he isn't very experianced but is a personal friend. If you have any questions don't hesitate to PM me.
