Default My friends got a problem

Well the other night me and my friend were walking home through the town.
If anyone is from Middlesbrough, i mean near "Bins".
Anyway, we were walking and some lads came up to us.
They asked us for our money so we legged it in opposite ways, bad idea.
They chased my friend and started beating into him, nobody was around to see either because it was like 11pm.
He said he's gunna get his brother and his "crew" to find them and fill them in.
He's real violent and i know he WILL do it.
I've tried talking to him about it, but he's real angry they did that to him.
They're planning on finding them on Wednesday night, taking bats and other things.
He could get arrested or something, i hope he doesnt do it.

Anyway, any ideas how to make him stay in and not go after them?

    Thanks for reading.

Lol, good idea, but if he's a true friend, he should listen to you! Keep trying to talk some sense into him, if not just keep well away.

Especially when they go out to get these kids ... dont end up getting involved because you need to feel loyal to your friend.

Unfortunately, I think this is just one of these mistakes he's going to need to learn by himself.

I am a believer or what goes around comes around, therefore I do think it's partly fair these guys get a taste of their own medicine - but only to a certain extent. Also, as your friend would have been hit by several of them and he's probably in a bit of a bad way, he'll be secretely quite embaressed about the whole thing and he'll just be wanting to get his own back on them.

I say you give it a go talking to him and ask him just to keep out of it and let his brothers friends do the work for him. Explain to him if these people see him again, then they might endup coming back for him again whilst he is alone. Say to him you think it ould be better for both of you to keep out the way, and just hear what happens off of his siblings.

    GOOD LUCK.

Yeah I know where you mean. If he didn't get far then it will be on camara somewhere as theres loads round that area. Best thing for him to do is go to the police about it. If these battered him then these people will get him again if these people get battered.

My advice: Let him make his own mistakes and let him learn the hard way. If he gets arrested he'll soon learn that violence doesn't get you anywhere apart from nights in a cold dark cell..
Next match: Ipswich (H) Sunday 4th November, 12.45pm.
