What phone should i buy?

So, i'm allowed to get a new phone, but i'm really crap at picking ones, with my last phone, i just randomly picked one & its rubbish.

So, i need some help picking out a nice phone, it can't be over £100, but it can be by like £10 or something. I want the usual things, camera, video, mp3 on it. Any suggestions?

Also, are the razr phones any good, as i'm thinking about one of those, i just need to know if they're good.

Hmmm well I don't really like any of the razr phones, but you could wait nearer xmas then you'll have a much newer and broader selection?!

I would of suggested the Walkman Phones..
But they're expensive..

Motorola L6 are quite good.

When you say it can't be over £100, do you mean if you just buy the handset?

The Samsung D-series and E-series are really good.
