Rune 2h vs Rune Scimmy

Which one's better?

Can someone compare their stats? And what are the pros and cons of each?

Traning:
rune scimmy alot faster...good for traning
rune 2hd slow but powerfull...bad for traning
Wildy:
if your using them to go pking by castle take both but if your using them to go into deep wildy take scimmy

some dude used scimmi on me, then when low health attempted to finish with 2h.

so from this I gather that if you have a low strength, dont get a r2h?

Scimmy is much better if you're training, and there's also the fact that you can't use a shield with the 2h.
