Making A Colour scheme on Frontpage

Hmm, I was wondering if anyone could actually make a tutorial or just write out what i need to do...

What i want is basically a little box on the top of my page and have 3 colours, Blue, red and grey..

When you click a red one, the whole thing changes to red.. when i click blue it changes to blue.. Etc.

I want to do this on frontpage,
