Hey, okays I've been on runescape for nearly 2 days butI know its going to be one of those things I get obsessed with. I think my levels are fairly hight considering I've just started but should I buy members?
i mean I want to but are there any features for someone who doesn't have high level things?

Just get to know your way around, maybe get lvl's up, do some non-member quests, then Join.
