Its at the wroong angle, and the dark blue doesn't suit it. 5.5/10

It doesn't really 'hit the eye'. Try using a lighter seletion of colours, and a picture background on the poster, rather than the blue stripes The outline goes wrong around the cheeks and hair, try thinning it out there. 5/10, room for improvement definetely.
