Hey Guys

I need someone who is good with CSS

basically im trying to achieve a look on a layout but its hard to code it like it is expandably

Someone said the look can be achieved by removing the certain bars and using CSS to keep that look

You see the 2 blue bars down either side and the one on the bottom

Basically i need someway to create that look with CSS as it isnt possible to code my subpage design keeping them
