    train.. do it with a bunch of people.. practice.. Marking, Heading, Tackling, and you should be able to kik it... and get your fitness up as well, so youu can chase defenders.

    Always watch the ball, the ball is the key, not the player. Watch the players movement when you dont have the ball.

    Pick a man, and mark him, or just practise alot.

    dont be afraid to jump infront of the ball. If u get in the way of it then u shd be ok
