It depends how old you are.
Girls do most of their growing at 11-13
Boys do most of theirs at 13-21 or something.

Some people grow later than others and stuff.

More proteins such as meat and fish help growth and repair of the body.

We all grow at different rates! :] For instance, last year I grew A LOT, and this year I've grown but not as much!

It's just all down to our bodies really, and you will grow over time. A healthy diet will help you though, but it's not a case of 'ONLY EAT MEAT AND YOU'LL GROW 5 FOOT'. You need to structure a healthy, balanced diet combined of all your valuable and necessary vitamins and minerals. Drinking a lot of water and eating fruit, rather than sweets and juice will help greatly though.

Don't let it get you down too much though mate, just be patient and let nature take it's course! :]

As Ostinato said a blanced diet but if you a teenager boy you should eat more protien rich foors, calcium rich food and iron rich food.

Go and ask your PE teacher they know an awful lot about nutrition.

    →he said call me now
    →and id come a running
→If you'd call me now baby id come a running.
