K, when my bro was in year 7 he was fat. But as he got older he lost weight probs coz of his metabalism and now he's slim.
Now, im in year 9, and still kinda fat. Im tall tho well kinda. Anyways, will my metabalism kick in as i get older.
And just incase it dont, will this work.
Breakfast - Rice krispies or japata bread with egg
Lunch at school - Japatra bread with salami and cheese
Home - water and maybe a muffin or so
Dinner - whatever my dad makes, mostly has sum vegetable sauce an that
After - Fruit, like mostly every night
