Petal patch + Petal floor - going up.

As summer is almost over, petals are apparantly 'no longer in fashion', this is obviously a great chance for people to buy whole petal floors at a cheaper price. Appart from not many people are selling their petals for 4.5 or their petal floors for 4.3T.
I've seen petal patches for for 5-5.5 in many trade rooms, I've been trying to get a load myself and no-one will sell for 4.5.
Petal floors, I think you have underpriced them to a great deal. They used to be like 6-7T, yeah they got released again, that added a few more petals to the hotel, but the value of the petal floor should be starting to rise again now.
