GAME sometimes put something on with new games called "Deal Of The Day" or "Deal Of The Week" setting the price down from it's usual RRP for a while until it can be put back up to normal price in time for christmas? I really don't know..

I highly doubt that this is the case - as the game only came out last friday. The price your dad seen would've probably been with a deal or promotions.

I'm sure if it was a promotions deal then all GAME stores would have the same offer, not just the odd shop in Middlesbrough.

Also, it's usually cheaper to buy online but that's a different thing.

Anywho, if it is only £19.99 then I suggest you stock up on a couple and sell some on eBay.co.uk and make some sort of profit.

Untrue - FIFA07 has developed a new shooting engine - it's basically the same as Pro Evolution Soccer but it wasn't included in FIFA06.

Also, I think the online play is much better.

Also, updated teams and players - like that matters.
