he already mentioned the mage robes (blue robes, same thing)
and black robes give less bonus than blue so they're not better

basically the best thing to wear as f2p is the blue robes, you could get it in (t) or (g) if you want, but no extra bonuses.

use fire,air, earth staff they give u unlimited.
