Default I need a bit of advice.

Right so, I weighed mysself erliar, &I've put on quite alot of weight. I'm not really fat, but chubby; I don't like it at all.

I know to lose weight I'm going to have to eat a bit healthier, well tbh I don't eat unhealthily now. But I will have to be excerising more and stuff, maybe join the gym..

But is there anything else I could try aswell?

    Thanks in advanced.

    Theres a diet which will help you on what to eat;

    Okay, exercising.
Exercise in the morning when you wake up, this is also good to wake you up.
Go to the gym, exercise at night before bed, then that covers the exercising.

How about swimming? Swimming is good for the leg and arm muscles.
Drink plenty of water, it helps fill you up if you get hungry.

And just dont overdo the exercising, and dont think of turning to starvation either.

Its good to have some fat on you, we all need some.

So, yeah, hope this helped at all. ;]

Yeah, I love swimming. I reeally must start that again if not anything else. &I used to do crunches and sit ups, until I ripped my stomach muscles, I couldn't for a few months and never started doing them again.. but I'd never starve myself, I eat waaaaaaaaaaay to much to do somthing like that.

I'll take a look at that thread in a second, thanks alot Sarah [:

I've heard horseriding can be quite good, as it tones your muscles especially on your stomach, and apparently drinking lots of water helps to speed up your metabilism, (I think thats how its spelt lol)
Really like you said before, It just about eating healthily and excerise.
Hope it goes well for you

Oooer, horseriding. Not really for me, and I got no where I can do it either, but thanks for the suggestion. &I'll start drinking more water, as I only drink about 2 pints a day at the mo.

    Thanks [:

If you can try biking to school; this has helped me, because a good 10-minute cycle each day can help you shift some weight. Also try the drinking thing, I will try to as well, lmaoo.
