I always see the annocment saying there closed but never see the annocment saying there open. lol..

When the applications open it will be announced here in the Announcements Forum. And when ithey close it will be announced in the Announcements Forum too.

All applications that open are announced in that announcements forum. Some departments also announce them on Habbox Today and in the Job openings page if they open for 1 week or longer

When applications are open we make an announcement, as we did fairly recently. Applications for a moderator trial have actually just closed today.
