Hey, im lvl 29 smithing and was wondering what iron i should smith to get higher.

i.e 2 handed swords.

also what iron sells easiest?

you should make iron 2 handed swords.

the fastest way to get smithing up, is buy smithing the item with the most amount of bars. You get exp per amount of bars you use not the value of the item.

Yeah do 2h's but if you wanna be able to sell the item do knifes.
