Maybe most people on the forum cant read Binary without a decoder.
This is an english speaking forum.
If someone made a bunch of threads in turkmeniestaniese and no one knew what they were talking about then they would get banned.
If it was a lets talk in turkmeniestaniese thread then it would be ok. Just as it would be ok to make a lets talk bionary forum.
