go to port sarim with nothing on except maybe robes/gloves if you want to
NO ARMOUR OR WEAPONS ALLOUD!
Then go on the docks and find the monks
talk to any of them and as long as you have no armour, wepaons, staffs or bows you will be able to go on the boat to entrana

go to port sarim and find the monks on entarta there they wear monk robes then talk to them take no amour at all
then you can go there no amour like arrows sword shield
they are holy!!!!!
