Then he said shouting is forbidden in PublicRooms..
FOMO isn't even more stupid then that!
You get a shutup if you shout to much in a PublicRoom..
Well, anyone a finnish translater so we can translate the Habbo Rules of .FI ?

Maybe a bad translation? Sometimes shouting annoys people, but that's what the ignore button is there for! A Habbo X should know about ignore, good gosh.

Well, thinking positively it is a good thing. Shouters in public rooms are incredibly annoying. But it a bit stupid, what if you need to shout to someone you can't get to?
