Halloween Horror - Ends 28th October

Every year, on October 31st, we celebrate Halloween. Young children, or even older children, run around and dressing up, knocking on doors for sweets and candy. Well, I for one celebrate Halloween for a different reason. Halloween, especially to me, is the one night that the wall, between the living and the dead, becomes nothing but a thin silk curtain. This is your chance to shine on for Halloween; I want you to write a poem of something scary, hairy, round and with sound. Describe it and rhyme what it does on the night of Halloween.

To enter this competition you must be a registered member of Habbox Forum. Habbox is giving all its members (habbox staff) the opportunity to enter competitions, just click on the post reply icon.

1st Prize: 1 Shadow Screen and 1 HC Sofa.

gets movies on the screen,
Haunted things like ghosts and ghouls,
the kids know they're fake,
But the kids are awake,
when they sleep,
there will be a creep,
hassling the kids,
Easy as flicking bottle lids.

Its rubbish but at least its a try.

The rain falls heaverly on the ground,
A clap of thunder,
But no one to be found.

The icy streets are silent,
The tree's stand there alone,
But as the wind gets violent,
Everything is still like stone.

The streets on the thirty first,
Eerie and dark,
Because on Halloween-
Everythings at it's worst!

Everyone's frightend of halloween,
because the witches come out and are seen,
The witches make a gastly brew
But they tell you it a delicious stew

So please dont come out on halloween ,
because if you are seen by the witches i mean
they will make you eat their brew
and you'll be a witch to!

Happy Halloween

The air is crisp and leaves are falling,
Its almost time to go ghost calling
We must make our jack-o-lanterns to help light the way,
so we won't get lost on Halloween day.
Find the biggest you can I dare you to try,
Clean out his insides and give him some eyes.
Big ones, small ones he doesn't mind,
just make sure his light will shine.
Give him a nose long and thin,
short and fat he might like that.
Whatever you choose I'm sure he will agree,
he is the best looking pumpkin on the street

The Last Halloween

On a quiet, crisp, frosty night,
A chilly wind blows, whipping my face,
But I don't care as I'm trick - or - treating with delight,
But in the background, behind the fun,
An evil process has begun,
The sprits are destoying the barrier,
The barrier between our world and theirs,
But nobody knows, and nobody cares.

They break through,
Like a stone through a wet paper bag,
But nobody knows, and nobody cares,
But soon I realise, a disturbance in the wind,
The awful spirits wanted to kill their shares,
Crunching through the snow they came,
To destroy all around them was their game.

Ear piercing screams and the cracking of bones,
And the dripping of blood and disturbing moans,
Were the only sounds that you could hear,
On the Last Halloween, that unfortunate year.

There we go, hope you like it.

One Mean Halloween

Howling sounds all around,
And crackling thunder.
Scary monsters and zombies,
Rising from six feet under.

No one knows what is happening,
Trick or treat?
Frozen from fear on this night
In your seat.

As the cackling gets near,
And the wind blows,
The smell of fear rushes,
Up your nose.

Trick or treaters at the door,
Dressed with blood and bones
But are they costumes?
You're on your own. Alone.

They rush at you now screeching,
Oh little did you know,
That with these people there
Could be such woe. Oh no.

The creek of a door as it opens,
The clock strikes twelve.
Halloween is over now,
No further can you delve,
Into the depths of Halloween
A night to remember
So much has been seen.
