If you swallow the fluids that are produced when one is sexually aroused (in both males and females) there is every chance you can get an STI.
Chlamydia, Hepatitis, Gonorrhea, HIV and many more. If the person you (plan to) engage in this activity with does have an STI, or if you suspect they do I would advise that you discontinue or do not engage in these activities any further.
