    Default My Lil Diet, Plus Help Pls

    Thanks to tomo4 for this

    Breakfast -
    one box in those cereal multipacks +
    150ml of semi skimmed milk

    School -
    Orange and Bottle of water

    Home - Water and iuno (Can u say what i can eat here) =]

    Dinner - W/e ma dad makes - Always got healthy energy stuff in it

    Ill lose like 200 calories at school maybe more
    and 100 calories at home using my mini stepper
    Ill also do 6 second abs 20 times at each direction: (Front, left knee, right knee, left side, right side)

    Can ppl pls estimate how much ill lose in a week =]
    Im 13 and around 11 stone 165 Cm tall Ty =]

    Hmm, the diet seems a little extreme, as you don't seem to be eating a lot. Water is a good choice, and the breakfast/dinner is a good idea. Yoghurts are good, and sandwiches are good for a lunch at school or something. Also, fruit is a healthy option.

    Whoa Thanks Vm For Replying Erm, I Dnt Eat In School Lol. And Also Er...How much do you think Ill lose a week? =] Also, do u think 6 second abs would make my abs rubbish coz i got rolls of flab on my belly.

    Lol, erm. Just doing sit ups won't remove the fat to be honest. Maybe 100 sit ups (flat on the floor, knees raised up, feet flat) and maybe a jog around the block a day could help, slowly increasing every week to a longer run and more sit ups. I'm not sure of how much you will lose in a week, depending on what exercise you do and what you eat.

    I Said what i eat up above. Ill do 20 on each direction using 6 second abs. And erm, il luse my mini stepper losing 100 cals a day. Also erm, at sundays or saturdays i play football for about a hour or 2. =]

    I can't really predict how much you could lose in a week. If you stick to it, you will lose it quite fast, but if you don't stick to it, and feel like you're getting bored of the diet, change some food, but not into chocolate or crisps, chose fruit or something. Finally, protein is a good source. Eating fish, eggs, yoghurts etc can help.

    Aren't those cereal multipacks stuff like frosties and sugar coated crap?
