Breakfast -
one box in those cereal multipacks +
150ml of semi skimmed milk
School -
Orange and Bottle of water
Home - Water and iuno (Can u say what i can eat here) =]
Dinner - W/e ma dad makes - Always got healthy energy stuff in it
Ill lose like 200 calories at school maybe more
and 100 calories at home using my mini stepper
Ill also do 6 second abs 20 times at each direction: (Front, left knee, right knee, left side, right side)
Can ppl pls estimate how much ill lose in a week =]
Im 13 and around 11 stone 165 Cm tall Ty =]
