U2 could POSSIBLY be coming to Habbo UK. Remember that screenshot where ukchaseral said they were attempting to get them to visit?

Well Habbo USA has released a news article about U2 coming to Habbo Hotels WORLDWIDE. Could this mean a tour like the Gorillaz?

i dont think they would because its mainly people trying to get interest from kids to buy their albums and get publicity. U2 dont need any of that..

so they wouldnt have any reason to visit.

I think they'll be promoting their new (RED) products and the charity, which as far as I know benefits people in Africa suffering from the AIDs epidemic. That's the only logical reason I can see them coming to Habbo - to promote it to teens, they already used MySpace to promote it.

They also have a song out with Greenday.

U2 are coming, hence the phrase "world wide"! And to be honest, I'm glad - it's probably the best celebrity visit Habbo UK will have to date... (And they are actually a good band IMO, unlike some of the other visits - but each to their own... my tastes do not reflect the collective tastes of everyone else.) :eusa_danc
