Paint shop animation that you get with psp. You have to make each frame seperatly.

That's really good, original idea and the animation is really smooth. You should perhaps however, make the outline of the skull a green instead of the black, it'll make it look like it's submerged more then. Like someone said above too, adding shine or bubbles or something more to signify that it's in a glass jar full of liquid (assuming it is) would make it look better. That is though, too hard and may ruin it, good job +Rep ;D.
